ok he got the dead guys birth cert, how the :censored: did he manage to get a passport, he must have gone for an id interview?, someone must have signed the back of his id picture, you would have thought that someone at the IPS would check the old passport pic with the one he sent ?? maybe their names should have given it away 'Bright' and 'finest' something The IPS are not :doh
