CHANGES to the immigration laws will stop the “scandal” of foreign criminals using human rights laws to avoid deportation, according to Boston and Skegness MP Mark Simmonds.

:iagree: with MP, Mr Simmonds' remarks ... in so far as deporting foreign CRIMINALS is concerned. But WHY penalise the much lesser number of decent, lower-paid British taxpayers - wanting nothing more than to bring their lawfully-wedded non-EEA spouses to settle in the land of their birth - :rolleyes: in the process? :cwm23:
