Hi :Hellooo:
Can someone please advise me, when applying for F.L.M how inportant is it to talk about work in saying you need to now start looking for work? i was told to go to the jobcentre and get some local jobs and print them out and enclose them with your f.l.m application, but it does not state this in the notes, my wife does not wish to rush into work straight away and therefore we dont wont to mislead them and say she is looking for work right now, can you offer any advice on how inportant this is, i'm on disability benefits myself and i get enough to support us both, she will work but it's only going to be part time so i can keep my benefits etc and she can earn some money herself while still taking care of me, any advice if poss. thanks all :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Hello patman. Welcome here.
Just follow the questions of the form and the guidance notes.
As long as there are no serious complications the FLR is basically just a formaility.
There is certainly no requirement to mention anything about work or seeking work.
In fact your wife is not allowed to work until she has been granted FLR.

Good luck
