what are the procedure to appeal of family visit visa

My sister applied a family visit visa last monday and it was refused due to her unexplain financial status..I would like to ask some help how and what are the steps to appeal of family visit visa! Any idea? many thanks

They should have provided information about how to appeal when they sent back their documents.
