:Hellooo: is anybody here who experienced to get the CFO sticker for their children....been to CFO Katipunan, Quezon City to get my sticker coz I have already attended the seminar way back 2011 to change my surname in my passport...this morning I went there...they said that I need also to register my daughter...she's 11 yrs. old...does she really need that sticker ?.....advice please, will be back on Monday...Thanks
