Yes. I think you need to put in a few more posts before you eventually get fuller access. So I believe.

As a forum security measure all new members have restricted access whilst having a post count of 15 or less. Their posts will be put into a moderation queue.
At a post count of 16 restrictions will be lifted. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

6th July 2012, 10:58
sure sure!!! I didn't get an adviser..actually this forum is my adviser! If i need some help or consultation i asked them or just type my problem in the search bar to see if there are same cases here before the same as mine that will give me some idea on how they handle it. My requirements are all based on the UKBA requirements..did you already have the checklist from the UKBA?

@lastid did u get an immigration advisers before?
Yes. I used an OISC adviser. If you are tight on your budget then you can do without but if you can afford it then it can be helpful. It can prove to be an independent set of trained eyes that can be run over your case, just in case you miss something or there are any potential complications in your application. Or if you're partner isn't quite at the 18600 minimum income threshold....

We can actually get an adviser in fact he had a meeting with Westkins few months back. However i convinced him not to get the whole service because of the money we have to spend.
