Visa Updates

Hi Guys

I was just wondering if anyone has experience of the updates you receive from VFS when tracking an application The first update I received was that my visa application had been sent to the High Commission I have now just got an update that it is being processed at the High Commission. Do we get any more updates like "your visa application has been sent to UK for a decision"? does anyone know the complete list of update they send?

Thats it. You dont get any more updates till they tell you that the decision has been made.

I don't know if you know but for the Isle of Man, the Isle of Man Immigration are involved, which takes an extra few days evidently. I phoned up IOM immigration in Douglas at the time and they were quite helpful, as far as they are allowed to be. Very easy to contact.

Yes. Tea and a chat with the immigration officers. :icon_lol: Seems so funny when the UKBA in Manila are so hard to contact.

Is there a certain time of day when the email message arrives containing the decision? Like do they often send it in the morning, afternoon, or evening? I know it's only been a few days but I'm already going crazy checking and checking my email even at 3 AM! :yikes:
