thanks everyone..now its time to process my papers after getting married. I would like to ask about change status on my current passport, my passport will expire on 2015, is it ok not to renew it or am I oblige to renew it. Then what am I going to do first for applying the spousal visa?

Congratulations, now for the visa... good luck, i am in the middle of processing the visa for my wife.
You can keep your passport with your name on before you were married. Many on here have.
