which form for spouse visa

i have not really searched about the form called for spouse visa.
in my understanding, under the new rule effective july 9, the form has to be downloaded? can someone help me which form i need to download? many thanks in advance :D

You must review the UKBA webpage for partners and other family members with a view to settlement here:-

On the right hand side you will see all the needed forms for download.
