:anerikke: ... well ... ... all I know of John Terry is that he's the *former English :football21: captain - and even *that was only learnt through my being a member on here!

But seems to me, this RECENT accusation amounts to nothing more than someone "making a mountain out of a molehill" ... and is a further example of the  political correctness permeating modern society.

I think you'll find it had alot to do with Anton's money grabbing, publicity seeking elder brother, Rio and his tribe....always out to make a fast buck that one...he's done more harm to his race than good.

Not Guilty.... which is what I predicted.

However, we now have another problem, or should I say the FA has after digging it's own grave and setting the bar by banning Suarez for 8 matches for something similar. If they don't do the same with Terry it's a different rule for the same offence depending on the player. If Suarez had gone to court he'd have been found not guilty of racism which is what the FA banned him for.

They don't even enforce the rules of football.

It's supposed to be a non-contact sport isn't it ?

How can anyone take it seriously when half the time they're dragging each other around by their shirts ? :NoNo:

Would Suarez of been found innocent of racism?...im not too confident he would of been...that case was more cut and dry compared to the Terry case.

It should be noted that John Terry volunteered to speak at an RMT sponsored Anti BNP rally in Barking 2 years ago. The rally was cancelled by the local labour council but nonetheless he did VOLUNTEER to speak. John Terry is not a racist but like many others before him he simply said something stupid on a football pitch.
