Hi Everyone,
can someone help me with my query? :)
I will soon be applying for a Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) and planning to take my kid with me so I can be with him whilst working in the UK.
The question is, will he be able to study in the UK? I would really appreciate all your help :)
Cheers! :xxgrinning--00xx3:

You must read the UKBA webpage Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/working/tier2/ict)
Follow all the links provided.
Looking at the listing on the left side of the webpage you will see a sub-heading link called "bringing your family" which will provide all the information you need.
Note that there is normally no recourse to public funds. Based on the brief information provided you would most likely be required to support any study costs yourself.

He can study in the UK which has the best University in the world but....with no recourse to public funds then it will be a problem.
On the other hand, I've seen few dependent accessing public school without paying anything.
