Appointment not available in july

hello guys i just want to book an appointement on july but when i try no appointments are available in july , i can't book an appointment in august because i'm starting uni in september and usually a tourist visa takes 15 working days or more

Sorry if I misunderstand.
But you don't need to have a visa to visit Philippines.
You will be allowed 21 day visa waiver upon arrival.
This can be extended at the airport on you arrival or during you stay in PHL from any immigation office.
