hello ,

can i apply for a driving license when im in uk with my spouse visa ?



i really want to learn how to drive .

Yes, you can.
But take some time to consider and plan because you will need to send your passport off the the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency)
It might take some weeks before they return it.
