Hi guys,

I just received my Biometric Residence Permit today...
My name on it is not carrying my married name and I want it to be in my married name.
My question is, can I just use it as it is or do I really need to change it to my married name?

you can use it as it is...it should be the same as what is in your passport...wait till you renew your passport then change the BRP at the same time.

I'm planning to change my passport details before I apply for an ILR.

We lodged our documents first week of May and got my BRP card 2 weeks ago. 10 weeks of waiting I think.

i'm fine (i guess) been stressed with the FLR really :cwm3: i lodge my application May 30th. i'm done with the biometrics thing and currently waiting again :NoNo:
