Hi JohnandDonna, my fellow Northamptonians :xxgrinning--00xx3:

As I recall from your earlier post you recently got married at Northampton Guildhall
(registry Office).
Which means your wife was granted entry to UK as a fiancee with view to settlement before July 9th 2012.

In which case please relax as your wife will be considered under the "old rules".
This means you will not need to meet the new rules (especially the new financial requirements)

You must fill out the new FLR(M) form which can be found the UKBA webpage here (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/partners-families/citizens-settled/spouse-cp/applying-in-uk/) on the right hand side.

You will not be required to complete section 7A
But you must complete section 7B

Check out this thread today from Grace (http://filipinaroses.com/showthread.php/40100-FLR(M)-Under-the-OLD-RULES-(but-with-the-NEW-RULES-FORM))

Hope this helps
Good luck :xxgrinning--00xx3:
