Here's a few about the worlds worst losers
.............................................................................
"MATE, can you tell me how Australia's going on the medal table, I can't be bothered scrolling down that far."
"How many Aussies does it take to win a gold medal - 410 athletes plus 319 officials."
"Did you hear that in the wake of the badminton scandal the IOC have launched an investigation as suspicions grow that the whole Australian squad is not trying."
"The nearest an Aussie gets to gold is when they put their shirt on in the morning."
"Latest Australian commodities report; whilst exports of precious metals remain strong, imports, gold in particular, remain weak with prospects of improvement unlikely."
"Maybe we've got a chance of getting a drink in town - all the Australians have gone missing."

Aussie gloom over gold medal drought
"Australia has only won four gold medals so far in the Olympic Games.
From rowing to cycling, and swimming to the triathlon, some of Australia's smartest tacticians have been recruited by rival nations to boost their medal tally at the 2012 Olympics.
Australian sporting bosses are now reviewing the team's performances and hoping for a late gold rush.
Correspondent Phil Mercer reports on the Australian reaction, including comedians saying that the "rule book has been trashed" by other countries actually sending athletes to the Olympics."

Australian sports minister set to lose Olympic bet
"The Australian sports minister, Kate Lundy, will row a length of Eton Dorney wearing a Team GB shirt if she loses a bet with her British counterpart.
Hugh Robertson, minister for sport and the Olympics, is likely to win the bet with Ms Lundy over whose country would triumph with more Olympic medals.
Speaking to BBC News, the Australian minister congratulated Team GB on their achievements, and added that the Australian team were very happy with their ''swag'' of silver medals."
