Hi everyone! Need your advice about the bank statement of my husband and I. We almost spend all our money in our wedding and honeymoon expenses. Is it ok if we filled our bank statement for this month? My husband statement has only £1,700 and my savings down to P40,000. I think the p60 of my husband indicated that he has more than enough for the requirements of the spouse income. The payment of my visa will be paid by his parents, it's one of their wedding gift for us.:Help1:

Rhose,
The key financial requirement under the new rules is completely different to those under the old rules.
UKBA now puts the emphasis almost completely on the 6 months gross income of the sponsor immediately prior to visa application.
There is no account whatsoever upon the financial circumstances of the applicant.
There is really no review of monthly outgoings, affordability analysis or savings.
Actually, savings will only be counted towards the financial requirement when there is any shortfall in gross income and then it's only those savings above £16000
Your husband will need to show 6 months pay slips and corresponding 6 months bank statement showing the salary payments. This will be in addition to the confirmations from the employer.
Hope that helps to settle your concerns

Thank you!!:)
We're lucky because he got his evaluation from his work last month and received his 3% increased,:) so he has his income above the requirements. :)
