gosh 2:54 am in my time..still wide awake! can't sleep... what's wrong with me? :D haha been a week that i am awake most of nights and sleep less ...had 3 hours woooo... coming back from the past huh.. any tips what to do?? wanna sleep on time again :( .. i shouldn't take that vitamin :D :doh

we're on the same situation, almost 2 weeks can't sleep... It happened again, the last time was a week before my wedding day :(

same here.. but it always happen when i have new proj. to do :D can't stop thinking of the design and concepts.. plus everytime i drink vitamin E made me not to sleep :D hehe..so what did u do ??to have some sleep :)

i used to have insomnia and it's was really bad.....what i did was follow my sleeping time everyday,avoid coffee,eat lightly and drink milk....well sometimes i experience sleepless nights esp if im stress or we had argument with my hubby :icon_lol:

I would like to sleep longer too as little as 4 hours most nights:NoNo:
I just get up have some coffee and get on the computer rather than laying in bed.
But as a single man, I have nothing to keep me in bed anyhow:hubbahubba:

mickcant had mine for 3 hours almost everyday.. :0 hope can sleep longer than that :) You too hope can sleep a little longer thn 4 hours :)
