The qualifying period (under old rules) for ILR is 24 months living in UK
The earliest you may apply is 28 days before the end of your qualifying period.
Your qualifying began the day you arrived to UK, which should be stamped in your passport.
Don't get too busy to study and pass that Life in UK test. :D

It's based on 24 months of being here in UK. Not on the expiry of your visa.
What date did you arrive here in UK?

Your 24 month qualifying period will be completed July 10 2014
You can apply ILR 28 days before July 10 2014 (means June 13 2014):xxgrinning--00xx3:
