Hello,
I just want to know if there's rule about my british son, He is 6 months old right now and just got his british passport. We are planning to file my spouse visa next year. Is my son needs to stay at UK with his dad or its ok to stay Phils. (with me).?
Thank you.

There will be no problem (visas etc) him living with you there as long as you like, but whether better to be there or in the UK with your husband, only you and your partner can decide. :)
Personally I would favour a child so young being with his mother of course.
My (British passport-holder) son lived there in the Phils with his mum for 2 years while I worked in Hong Kong...no problem.
He was born in the UK and first went to the Phils when 3 months old.

Thank you grahamw48
He will stay with me while we are collecting our docu for my visa.
Now i know there's no problem of his stay here in the Phils.

Yes, don't worry about him staying there. No problems at all. Just make sure he receives all his inoculations. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
Good luck with your visa. :)
