if anyone could tell me what specific human rights of my EU national bf that the ECO could be violated if a marriage visa be refused on the ground that we've been apart for 1 yr because he didnt visit me here in the philippines even if he sufficiently explained the risk involve on his job if he would be gone for even 3 days??
