its not just UKBA that might question a large age gap, how can anyone decide what is acceptable?

A truck driver from Ryley, Alta. is fighting federal immigration officials who believe that his marriage to a 23-year-old Filipino woman is not legitimate.

What world do these immigration people inhabit ? :NoNo:

Older guys marrying younger ...often MUCH younger ladies from Asia has been going on for donkeys years.

Used to be 'mail order brides', call it whatever you choose.

The relationships are perhaps slightly unconventional in the way in which they are started, but certainly no precedent has been set in his case as regards age-gap, and that on its own really has SOD ALL to do with immigration/UKBA.

What are they....marriage guidance experts ? Morality police ?

Butt out, mind your own business, do some simple research and let people decide for themselves WHO they wish to marry. There is no law against it !

Yet in this MAD world of ours, people are happy to see MEN MARRY MEN and WOMEN MARRY WOMEN ! :cwm23:

it would be funny if it was the other way round, us older men wanting to go to the phils to be with our younger ladies, and someone saying the age gap is too much:icon_lol::icon_lol::icon_lol::icon_lol::icon_lol::icon_lol:

talking of gays

http://www.platform10.org/2012/08/is-it-ok-to-offer-prizes-gay-people-cant-win/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=is-it-ok-to-offer-prizes-gay-people-cant-win

under s26 of Belize’s Immigration Law, homosexuals are outlawed from entering Belize for, well, being homosexual. Gay men face up to ten years in prison if they have the temerity to have sex. And if Wikipedia isn’t a source you trust, then the Foreign Office offers advice that explicitly mentions the problems in Belize for gay travellers. :yikes:

Well, I find them and their sexual practices repulsive, so maybe that will be a good place for my holidays. :)

Its a shame the British goverment didn't take a leaf out there book.....if it was the norm we'd all be getting pregnant...:D...which is a blessing, I couldn't afford the time off work :)

What cracks me up, they the front to demand the goverment to change the law forcing the house of God to marry them!...hello!...its not in the rule book (The Bible)

Goodness its like a black person asking to join the KKK...really, it just isn't done.
