jehzoblenida's refused visa has been overturned just last tuesday i think. our appeal bundle came together on aug 13 at the embassy. our case is almost the same and thats why i've been impatiently waiting to hear a decision but it gives me hope also that it might get overturned but i just dont expect it to be overturn.

Hi travina,
I'm a bit nervous right now coz I send my passport via LBC yesterday and it is still out for delivery. Just hoping that they will deliver it on time and safe.

Hi travina,
I didn't get a solicitor coz you know how expensive their service. To be honest I just keep emailing the embassy and demand for an answer. Remember telling you about that we feel the discrimination over a friend who had her visa without their wedding booked? I include that in my emails and how disappointed we are. I didn't stop emailing them everyday until they answer my queries... It did work for us :laugher:

I think my fiancee and I became a pain in the a*** so they have no choice but to get rid of us...hehe... Both of you can right to your bf local MP, Ambassador or etc.... just tell them how poor service they got here in Manila and the unfair judgement.. just don't give up sending emails until they answer your queries

oh yes we keep sending emails, and my bf keep sending emails also asking for the ECO or the ECM for answer why made a wrong judgement on the photos that we submitted and why required him to visit here in the philippines when its not a requirement when in fact the documents we submitted if carefully assessed shown valid reason why my bf has not come here.

I understand coz that's another reason why my fiancee didn't come to see me.
Did you get any response from them yet?
