Absolutly loved the Olympics just gone........and im really so humbled by watching the Paralympics.........what ppl can overcome and achieve is incredible.

But one thing and one thing only is ruining the coverage for me , and thats the blasted adverts.........for me it takes away the atmosphere of the event you're watchng,

im sure theres a thousand ''reasons'' why it has to be so , but for me the athletes on show deserve the same awesome coverage as the Original olympics ...........

These people are true sporting greats with total dedication and fantastic abilities.

Good to see that nearly all venues are full.

must agree, the adverts do put me off, the problem is i either turn the tv over , do something while its on then forget to turn it back,

Was hoping for a few more replies ......however..............im watching the Blinsd Soccer at the moment and im absolutley Gobsmacked..........I cant actually find the words to describe how humbled I feel

I'm enjoying the Paralympics too! Me and the missus went to the Wheelchair Basketball last Thursday, in Greenwich and the atmosphere was great and the games were good to watch.

Fair play and well done to channel 4 for showing the games.
I can put up with the adverts as the alternative was no main channel coverage.

It's a big shame the BBC didn't bid for the Paralympics and give it equal coverage to the fantastic Olympic coverage. I'm sure they are kicking themselves now. :icon_lol:
