A Dunbar restaurant has been found employing illegal workers from Bangladesh following our operation.

why won,t they pay ?when it comes to goverment fines non payment brings swift action from bailiffs .

They aren't fines but civil penalties read up on it here - no-one ever has to pay them

another example of limp wristed UK law enforcement. If owners/directors of the rogue companies were thrown straight in jail pending them coming up with proof they had checked out the legality of employees the problem would disappear overnight and there would be a scramble by illegal immigrants to get out of the country
