Interesting comparison in todays Express - WW2 veteran shoots burglar dead in USA and is rightly viewed as a hero, UK householder wounds 4 burglars and he and his wife are locked up for 3 days :NoNo:

JUSTICE: AMERICAN PENSIONER HAILED A HERO FOR KILLING A BURGLAR AS BRITISH COUPLE ARRESTED

Insane UK judicial system is summed up by that Judge saying a feral burglar had courage and giving him a suspended sentence :cwm23:

Yep couldn't believe that stupid judges comments although I do understand he's being investigated now. Time to retire the Numpty I think. :cwm23:
Personally the best way to deal with burglars was displayed by my hero Tony Martin. Load the Pump action Winchester keep firing and then ask questions later.

Quite right Marco - Tony Martin's the man he let those maggots have it good and proper, a crying shame one survived. Here's a bit by Littlejohn regarding that crackpot judge

Yep, plenty of MP's have spoken out against the idiotic remarks. Including the PM David Cameron.

There's a whole load of these judges need 'weeding-out' in my opinion. But how to do it??:NoNo:

Give them their P45s for failing to protect the public by giving the scum their liberty. They are another "profession" like teachers appear to be unsackable. I suspect a lot of the limpwristers are "chums" appointed under the influence of Falconer and Tony & Wicked Witch Blair
