Is there anyone on this forum who experienced refusal of tier 2 visa?
I got refused last june 2012 because they could not track down my school records when I was there as a student. I've already lodged my appeal to the tribunal...
Anyone here can help how can I contact the ECM here in manila?
Many thanks!

:Hellooo: Hi Julie, welcome to the forum.
Part of the appeals process is that you case will automatically be sent to the ECM and refusing ECO for reconsideration.
Depending on the actual refusal, many people will send their own message to the ECM at the British Embassy Visa section requesting reconsideration.
The ECM is under no obligation to take any action in respect of your message. However the ECM is under obligation to review the decision at the request of the appeals process.

:) Thank you for your reply Terpe...
I'll try and contact the ECM here in Manila...
I am hoping that with the evidences that I've presented in my appeal papers they will overturn their decision.
Many thanks again
