Looking for a British Man for Serious Relationship

Hi!

I know it's strange for me to come and post here looking for a serious relationship to be my partner. But I saw a lot of testimonies from different dating sites online that helps a lot of singles to find their true love. And it really convinced me to do so. I'm not in a hurry but I hope that I can find the one that is for me..:)

I am a Filipina, 22 years old and currently here in Doha Qatar. I have a long and dark brown hair, brown eyes, and 5'5 in height. You can see it in my picture. I am a sweet, caring and loving person. I can trust so easily that is why I am so fragile. I love my parents because I grew in a family that is so warm and loving. I love to draw and cook (still practising:icon_lol:) and also going to parks. :)

Well, I am looking for a British man that is also into serious relationship and not just for fun. Someone who is honest, loyal and share the same family values with me. Someone who can accept me and can love me for who I am.

Yes, I am serious.. We broke up yesterday. That is why I put, "I am not in hurry" as I am also into the process of moving on.. Finding someone is easy but falling in love is a very long process. Maybe you are confused, but this is me moving on and getting my life back. I am not hurry into jumping into relationship but I'm trying to find someone whom I can share my thoughts and feelings and regain my strength to move on. And once I am able to cope up and get back to my old self then that's the time I can openly love someone again. That's why if someone can accept me having in a situation like this then it's better.. But if not, it's ok

Yes, I'm trying to move on. As far as I am concern, entering into relationship quickly is not what I meant. I am taking things slow, and when I met someone who can accept me and treat me with respect and knows my situation that I have been going through then that would be perfect. Living here in Qatar with no family and friends is hard, especially when carrying heartaches. You will know, when you get to know me well... And I really appreciate your concern :)

Trefor is the guy who I believe first highlighted it. I've always thought it a bit odd that the stock reply for anyone seeking a UK based Filipina is go to the Phils when I'd heard that there are thousands in the Mid East. I also don't know why the UK is so quickly written off by the get out to Manila brigade - like Mrs D there's a lot who came here as single working in the Healthcare Sector. I reckon a very long weekend to one of these mid east places would be quite good :D

I understand now. All I can suggest is trying to start socialising in places where the expats go. Don't just jump at the first one you see, look for the ones who are not getting drunk and noisey, they will be there.

Well I found my babe on a dating site... But I believe I was extremely lucky... :rolleyes: Yes there were many scammers all that needed my money....
