As my husband and I looking at the questions in Appendix 2 before we really confused to answer the 3.22 question because this question is not applicable and we think that it needs to rewrite it or proofread. Does any one of you understand this:
''3.22 If your sponsor has not been employed by the same employer for 6 months prior to the
application does their total income (before tax) from salaried employment received in the
12 months prior to your application meet or exceed the financial requirement you must meet?''
A confusing question to someone who has regular job or either it's not a proper english question.

how long has he worked for his present employer, if he was working for the same employer 6 months before your application to the date you signed the application ,and still the same now,, then the question is not applicable
maybe Terpe or someone can explain better

yes it's not applicable, he's working for almost 6 years in his current employer, but we have to answer it yes or no. I decided to answer it yes but I don't know if my answer was right.

i got a feeling that you dont need answer at all if its not applicable, there must be an alternative question elswhere on the form that covers his employment details,
think about it, how can you answer yes, when neither yes or no can answer the question
wait for Terpe , he is very knowledgable:xxgrinning--00xx3:

he's under the ''income from salaried employment in the UK--Category A'' so need to answer till 3.12 then jump to 3.21-3.22.

that's the last question for that category. but my husband told me to put a note for this number.. I noted that this question is not applicable to him because he's employed for almost 6 years in the company. We're thinking that the question is just only for somebody to confuse about their income.

You don't need to answer that question. It's only for those who have been with their current employer less than 6 months
