i dont know whats going on..

im a bit worried about my passport .

after the ECM reviewed my refusal case they send me a request to send my passport to them last thursday 6 Sept , so i sent my passport to the British Embassy on friday 7th Sept via LBC i checked the status of my passport using the tracking number ,last monday 10th Sept and it said their that my passport received by Representative Herit , yesterday i just received email from UKBA Manila Visa HUb that they dispatched my visa shortly but when i checked the status its no records of transaction and i called the customer service of LBC and they said theres no records also ..



until now no courier or passport .. what im gonna do ..??? i need to get CFO sticker because my husband will be here to pick me week next and he will stay for only 2 days so we can catch his mum birthday this 25th SEpt:bigcry::bigcry:

Did you make sure that you included a pre paid courier return envelope? If you didnt then Im afraid to tell you that you are in big trouble.

If you have provided a return envelope then just wait patiently, keep checking on the courier website you have used or ring them (phone number should be on your receipt) for inquiry.

You cant attend the CFO counselling, get your CERTIFICATE but you cannot get a CFO sticker without a VALID VISA.

Hope I cleared little things on you.. :)

yeah i get pre paid transaction ... im going tomorrow to SMEF COW to tried to get seminar first ..

I think you should have your passport with you because they will look for it at the seminar and they will put a sticker on it..as far as I can remember..unless you have to beg them and reconsider that you haven't received your passport. That's how I thought.

i called SMEF COW this morning ... i asked them if can i attend seminar without my passport yet .. they said yes .. but bring my NBI and birth certificate ... but i think they misunderstand my situation ..

anyway i still try to go tomorrow atleast i can ask them personally

Yes, I think you can go and attend the seminar without your passport. You can then get your sticker when you already have a valid visa.

Requirements for Guidance Counseling/Seminar:

Two (2) valid identification cards (IDs) with photograph;
Duly completed guidance and counseling form to be issued by SMEF-COW upon registration
Payment of P250.00 counseling fee

Requirements for Registration to the CFO office (caliming CFO sticker):

Original Passport;
Original and photocopy of visa;
Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate;
Duly completed emigrant registration form; and
Payment of the authorized registration fee in the amount of P400.00

we received email from them last wednesday that they despatched my visa so i wait all day on thursday but no passport , and yesterday they sent email again for the second time that their going to despatched my passport on 14 sept that is today ..


i tracked my passport but still no records of transaction .. after they confirmed that they will send my passport on 14 sept , my husband booked our flight on 23 sept . i get GCC today so all i need is CFO sticker but how can i leave and have it without my passport :doh:doh:doh
