hello all, i need your advice pleaseee.., what visa to apply for my 5 years old son in philippines he used his father surname?? im always missing my son thats why as soon as possible in god's time we will together soon... please advice me what step for his visa? please thank you so much

It may depend on what your current visa satus is?

If you are on spouse visa then I think you will need a dependant visa, if you already have ILR then you could apply for ILE (indefinate Leave to Enter).

The appoval of the visa will depend on proving sole responsibility for your son, as he is using his father's surname.

thank you rusty for the reply, for now i am applying for FLR coz i just got married here in uk. so his visa is dependant ? is it alright if my husband will be his sponsor?
