So, as things start to get dangerously close, finally things my end can be done! CENOMAR is currently in my fiancee's possession, and the CNI applied for today. Just need to get my Visa sorted now and the wedding part is sorted. Happy days!

Sounds like time is moving fast for you.:)
Is that your CENOMAR or your fiancee's ? Most authorities these days seen to demand for each party.
Don't forget to book appontment with British Embassy to secure your local CNI

What visa are you thinking of? is that the 59 day visa from Phils Embassy in London or do you intend to get the visa at arrival in the airport?

Hope all the wedding plans go smoothly. There's some great information here in the forum from those members who have trodden that path before you. A quick search may help. I'm sure you've checked already.

May I wish you a smooth pre-nuptial journey, a wonderful and memorable wedding day, and a happy and shining future together.

If I recall correctly you'll have family also going over?? If so then I'm sure they're all in for a stunning experience.

I can apply at the airport? Didn't actually know that! I am planning on going to London next week to sort out a 3 month visa, but I will only be there from 1st Nov - 1st Dec. I'm going to be shattered enough on arrival, and it's her nephews birthday the day I arrive and we are going out for a meal, so I don't want to hold them up anymore.... and fall asleep at the table haha.

Yes, she has applied for her CENOMAR too, and I booked with the Embassy in May so got my first choice date. Wedding plans are coming along nicely, or at least that's what she tells me! Invitations pretty much done, and will be completed and starting delivery on Monday. She sent me a picture of them today, all looking good!

Yes, family are coming too, and now that my sister and her partner have finally decided what they are doing, they have booked their flights too now so everyone is set. Now we just have to work out what nights they are staying where, and then book them! They can't wait, especially my Mum who I think loves Ruby nearly as much as me, so can't wait to see her again, aswell as meeting her family. We'll just leave the two Mum's in the kitchen as they are both baking obsessed. They can experiment and feed us for the few days haha.

And thank you for your kind words. Lifetime together is a certainty, but as for when it is allowed to continue from where it started, that remains to be seen

I'm a person who likes to have things organised so I'd much rather spend the extra just to have it already

You have booked with the Embassy in May for your appointment to exchange your UK CNI? I did not think that was possible. You CNI is only valid for 3 months fron the date on it in the philippines even though it has an indefinite life span in the UK. Make sure from the date you applied for the CNI to the date of your wedding is less than 3 months. The Embassy can be quite picky. When i emailed the embassy i was told i could not apply for a date until i had all the required documents in hand.

I got a 59 day visa at the airport last May. It is very easy and straight forward, just ask for one and they will give you it for a small fee, no checks.

Hope all goes well. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I applied in May for my appointment at the embassy in November, and I had my appointment for my CNI on Thursday just gone, so plenty of life on my CNI
