Now the stress in my life has been reduced I have decided to once again attempt to give up smoking. Have come across a few people recently using Electronic Cigarettes so have decided to give SKYCIG a go.
Starter kit is £49.99 but if you enter code SUN online you get a £38 reduction. Apparently you still get a feed of Nicotine from them but no tar. Worth a try as I know it will please my wife.

The trouble with most of these e cigs is that the batteries dont last long enough !

Liberty-flights.co.uk do a decent range that will actually last a day :)

I have my doubts that this will actually help you to quit Marco.
E-Cigs, I found, are not a very close substitute, and don't help with breaking the habit.
In fact the whole smoking ritual, for me, was reinforced.

To quit, requires will-power.

I went 'Cold-Turkey' and that worked for me.

I wish you good luck whichever route you take. You'll be healthier and richer and won't smell like an old ashtray :D

Just out of interest, Marco, presumably at work you have to go a long time between fag breaks? :D

Good luck Marco - 12 years fag free for me. Patches for a couple of days then willpower & polo mints for a few weeks.

Last summer ... in the restaurant at Prestwick *Airport ... I caught a glimpse of a red glow, :cwm24: as one of two chaps seated at the table opposite us appeared to "light-up"!

Then I noticed there seemed to be no smoke coming from the "cigarette" ... and it dawned on me ... it must've been one of those dummy e-cigs. Quite appropriate, really ... HAD it turned out to be a *Sky-cig! ;)

Punny, eh? :icon_lol:
