You will be the applicant and your husband will be the sponsor.
Normally the wife and the husband will work on the application together.
Most of the documentary evidence required must be from the sponsor's side anyway, so he will need to provide significant support and help with understanding of the application form.

As a first step you need to review the forum thread here called How to apply for a Spouse/Partner Visa (http://filipinaroses.com/showthread.php/39740-All-New-Guide-How-to-apply-for-a-Spouse-Partner-Visa)

Please don't be shy to ask any specific questions you need help with.
Everyone here is very friendly and willing to help you.

here's the site: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries/philippines/applying/?langname=UK%20English
before you fill up the form you have to read all the guidelines how to apply the visa. And also include this appendix 2 to print:
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/partners-families/citizens-settled/spouse-cp/apply-outside-uk/
tell your husband to read and fill it up also.
