i know other have put on about tourist visa but what i would like help with most know we were married in may this year and with all the new rules:censored:is it possible she could come on a tourist visa she is working in phil and am working here as i cant get the£18600 to have her come and am going over there to her any help will be great thanks

Hawk, the cost of visit visa is quite small (I think £78) which makes the risks involved quite small.
It's difficult to predict how the application would be viewed.

Just go ahead and do it.

One thing though Hawk, I suggest you go for Family Visit Visa

your risks of refusal will probably increase as your married (they might say your applying for the wrong visa) , but its worth the risk as Terpe has said, good luck you don't know until you try :rolleyes:
