wow can it get any worst, or is it just me, drivers ringing in , cant come to work because i am not well, 4 drivers of work sick, 1 long term and 1 off with stress 3rd week, another 1 week got pains in his arm, and 1 got the s----ts,how can any small company run like this, well the boss thinks everyone are w-----s, and get rid and employ someone else, so much has happened today to think i am just a number, cant leave because the pays good, so all i can say is how it is, but he dose not like it when someone answers back, the thing is he knows who works and who dont , hay ho another day soon be on holiday, :doh

indeed it is, but when you know that 3 are pulling the wool over your eyes, thats when it becomes a joke, they forget when they ask for a holiday a few months before but you say sorry you cant have those days and then next thing they are sick, just one of things but its not right

did i say arm, i ment :action-smiley-081:, this driver last wednesday drove all the way to hull got there and at 9.20 rang to say he has pains down his left arm and he cant carry on, i ask what is the pain and if its bad does he need a ambulance, no no mate i am fine just think its best for me to come home, so i am driving back, no you are not i told him, if you have a pain in your arm like what you are saying you cannot drive, we shall call a ambulance noooooooooooooo, ne said , so we had to arrange for two drivers to go up there so one could bring him back, all because he wanted to go to his doctor, and we could not risk him driving the lorry, 2 days later he calls us and said the doctor has gave his some anti biotics and hes signed of for 1 week
