who/how to apply for fiancee visa?

my boyfriend and i are planning to apply for a fiancee visa, the problem is we do not have any idea how to start or where to begin for our application, also i would like to know who is going to do the application me or my boyfriend who lives in England?

Well you're the one who needs a visa to come to UK. Means you will be the applicant. However, as you'll soon learn, your boyfriend/fiance will have a major input as he will be the sponsor.

In principle the Fiance(e) visa has the same requirements as the Spouse/Partner visa. But you should seriously consider which one will be best for you.
