Trefor, you're going to find it a frustrating activity, and you'll be talking with a contact centre Telephone Advisor.

Anyway, here is the UKBA webpage (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/aboutus/contact/contactspage/immigration/) for you FLR(M) enquiries.

Scroll down the page for contact details.

I've not seen any useful specific e-mail address for enquiries only this general one:-
publicenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk

If you manage to come by any others would be great if you could share that information here.

Usually UKBA staff/advisors are very well trained to NOT give any help on visa applications. They can only provide the immigration rule and policy.


Our staff and our commercial partners cannot give you help or advice on completing your application, or on deciding which visa you should apply for.
