i take it her son is Romanian :crazy:, wheres the father, if he's in the UK then let the kid stay, if not in the uk then they all can go back to Romania, hes 12yrs old and is a minor.

If UKBA can say to British citizens there is nothing stopping you living in the phils, then there is no reason her and the kid cannot go back to Romania :cwm23:
