right everything is in the envelop ready to post to Durham for the ILR, right we are going the postal route, do we have to put in a return of address envelop inside and with a stamp on, it says that if you want a special return you have to enclosed this. but it says all documents will be sent back by recorded delivery back to us, so i have read this as they do that not us,

What we did was include a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope (the silver one) along with the application and documents. I'm not sure though if they're gonna use that or one of their own as I haven't got my documents back yet (almost 7 months of waiting!) :Brick:

7 MONTHS wow thats a long time, have you got in touch with them about the delay

Yeah, contacted my local MP, and then he sent a letter to the UKBA following up my application on 2nd October. But they haven't got any reply yet from UKBA. So I filed a complaint thru UKBA website about the delay. Waiting for what would happen or wouldn't happen next! :Brick:
