what did you receive after applying indefinite leave to remain..

anybody here got there indefinite leave to remain in 2011 pls tell me what you receive from them. did you receive a card and a stamp in your passport. ty

My wife received her ILR in March 2011, she just had the residence permit placed in her passport, no card.

For a brief time, I think some people had to have an identity card also but I believe this was stopped not long after it was implemented?

Biometric Residence Permit cards were issued to successful applicants only this year..I believe before that, visas are just stamped in the passport.
