hi everyone.. :)
this past few days I've been so stress processing all the requirements for my EEA family permit application.. I think right now we are complete with all the requirements ahhmm :Erm: I hope though :D
October 17, 2012 is the appointment day.. and here are the documents that I will submit..
*My Passport
*Picture for the visa
*Letter of Sponsor
*Proof of accommodation (tenancy agreement)
*Company details
*Photocopy of his passport with stamp pages
*Council Tax Bill
*Bank Statement (I think he just printed it via online) is it ok?
*Marriage Certificate and Local Marriage certificate
*My NSO Birth Certificate and his Birth certificate from Austria
*Tons of Photos and Hotel Receipts, Post cards, Letters
*Printed form with signature and date
*My bank statement (printed online)
*Sponsors tax code
*ecard greetings, skype history of sms and calls
* western union receipts
* Tons of email history (only print screen though)
I am very worried though coz right now he doesn't have much on his bank account (only 700 £) since we've been travelling since 2009. His monthly income is 5000£ but he must pay some credit card debts so he has little saving but my husband said once they will see on his bank statements what is in and out then it will be okay but I doubt it though.. :/
Please if you think I forget something please tell me.. as I am not really sure if I got everything..
