Hello guys. I would like to ask for some advice to anyone who has knowledge about UK Visa and Applying for a new Visa.
My situation is my Visa type is "Visa to join Parent(s)" and Im already over 18 yrs old, I had alot of health problems for the past years that's why im way too late to apply for a new visa, My Visa got expired without me knowing it, I know its my responsibility for checking it and i know its my fault. anyway My parents keep saying that the expiring date doesnt matter as long as you are your dad's Dependant. Im still worried about it even tho they keep saying that I'm my dad's Dependant but Im already over 18 i should be the one applying for myself. Now the question is how bad is it to apply for a settlement with this kind of situation? is there any other way to correct this things? btw we've been living here for more than 3 years apart from my dad whos been living here for more than 6 years or so.
Will be waiting for some advice, Thanks.and sorry not very good in english :o
