Hi All..my first ever post on a 'forum'

I would like to thank everyone for their valuable contribution posting information relating to requirements needed/advice/tips applying for a spouse visa. Me and my wife, Mrs P. have read your successes, disappointments and then triumphs! It's great to know this community stands by each other...it has really eased our experience during our application process, so many thanks once again.

Spouse Visa application filed with VFS Global on the 28th August.
Dispatched confirmed on the 29th August.
Status as I'm typing this is currently being processed by the British High Commission.

Awaiting decision..

Thanks all...I'm sure I'll be staying..WoW 4 years!! Happy 4th Anniversary.

We're crossing our fingers and hoping for a stress free result..its been nearly 2 months since applying. I don't want to think of anything negative as i understand this may be a busy period. Others have filed their application a month before my wife did and received positive news two weeks after. Its even harder as I've not seen my my wife in 8 months :(

That's the message you want.
It means just what it says.

Although it's a fully automated message by the press of a button, I think congratulations and celebrations are called for.

So a big well done and congratulations :Jump::Jump:

Technically to be 100% sure your wife will need to hold the passport and see the visa, but I've not known that message to be sent in error.
