Notice of Assessment instead of Land Title

Hello guys,

I bought a 1 hectare land in our hometown that owned of one of the biggest company in the Philippines before but the land is not released yet so the seller just gave us a notice of assessment from the city hall. My question is, Can I use the Notice of Assessment to show to the ECO that I have an asset here in the Philippines as I am going to apply for tourist visa.?

Yes deed of sale and the notice of assessment, can i use this as my asset even not a land title?
