He was fined £800 and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
Tunnicliffe was told to take his hands out of his pockets before the hearing started.

Well he doesn't seem as bad as some others!
Think lot's of us may have had a few the night before and driven next day unaware we were over limit,I confess to that when I was his age:icon_lol:
Hands in pockets is more annoying though but lots of youths today regardless of job would be guilty of that.
