Richard Herman, 53, was so upset with firms phoning him up and trying to sell him goods and services he decided to charge them for the time they took out of his day.

I forgot to mention i've not had any more calls since i signed up with the Telephone Preference Service thou that might be a coincidence, or maybe they've just given up..
