Hi everyone,
I just want you to know that I am the one who recently applied for an EEA family permit last October 17, 2012. Just today I got an email from the UKBA Manila Visa Hub. This is the e-mail
''Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days. Applicants in Australia and New Zealand should allow 3 days before tracking their documents via the local post. UKBA-Manila Visa Hub''
Does it really mean that I have my visa?
My husband wants to book a flight asap but I said no to him as I am scared that it might take awhile for me to get a cfo seminar.
Please help :)
thanks a lot xx

its very difficult for the embassy to refuse a EEA family permit. the only grounds really are if they think its a marriage of convenience, so i'm 99% sure you will get your visa :Jump:

I am very sure that I did not choose the VIP Premium as for me its too expensive hehe :D so I chose the ''others''. May I know what date did you chose? Remember they don't have weekends.

I went to VFS yesterday and asked about the appointment and other concerns like my documents I have and they suggest to add more docs from mine like live birth certificate and NBI clearance. They said that I need to update the date of my sponsorship letter.

You can book an appointment online, Mike. Are you going for the VIP service or just the normal one?
The date of your sponsorship letter should be the same date of when you going to lodge your application (in my own opinion).

I will just go in normal one coz VFS here in cebu is not that busy really. When I visit there yesterday nobody is there, very quite....
I'm just waiting for the new sponsorship letter and the letter from landlord of his house coz it was dated last Oct 2012.
