Hi Andy we experiances this problem quite frequent when we are calling the Phils I think it is probably due to the poor network there still it is very frustrating at times :doh

it is either the number you are calling is no more available or the signal is bad.

Who you are calling to if you mind?

Whereabouts in the PI?

There are applications now on mobile that you can use to ring the Philippines for free.

Here in :Britain: ... we're treated to: "The number you have dialled has not been recognised".

 ... when you know full well the number you're trying to call DEFINITELY exists. :cwm23: ...

We are experiencing bad weather these days so I think its because of the signal. Try calling in other time.

:furious3: ... and don't get me started on those 0870 or 0845 numbers that seem to be "endemic" nowadays.

Whereas ... :anerikke: ... in the UK, it's simply down to bad management!
