funny how one day to the next can be so differant, take this week so far , monday of work and a nice day spent with em, next day tuesday, back at work everything ok till i walked into the office, the boss walking round like thunder asking this and that but not being at work the day before i desided to keep my mouth shut until he asked me direct, well that day went along so smoooooooooooooooooth, i did not talk to anyone until they asked me a direct question, i could feel daggers in my back many many times, but you know what i came home more of a happy man then i have for such a long time from work, thats what i am trying to do from now, keep my mouth shut, very hard for a man sometimes,

Sometimes keeping quiet is the best thing. I have lost count of the times in meetings when a Managing Director has said. If you think your manager is wrong challenge them. When I have all I get is grief knives in my back.:icon_lol:.

I find it very difficult if I'm in the right & the other person is in the wrong but as has been said its best to say nothing
